ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return & Replacement Policy on selected products.

A product is eligible if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories are intact

⚠️ Note: Products showing signs of usage, alteration, or missing packaging will not qualify.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to spiritual purity, hygiene, and custom handling, the following items cannot be returned:

A. Energised Spiritual Products

  • Energised Rudraksha
  • Energised Yantras
  • Energised Malas
  • Products energised for a specific person

B. Puja Services (Online/Offline)

  • Once booked, puja services cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Prasad & puja samagri are non-returnable

C. Custom or Personalized Products

  • Items customised or prepared specifically for your request
TIME WINDOW

3. Return Request Window

You can submit a return request within:

Requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at ramkartb@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp
  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and product photos/videos
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup (available in select locations)
  5. If pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the item to our provided address
REFUND DETAILS

5. Refund Process

A refund will be issued only after the returned product passes Quality Check (QC).

Refund Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused
  • Packaging intact
  • No damage, wear, or tampering

Refund Method:

Original Payment Method / Bank Transfer

Refund Timeline:

👉 5–7 Business Days after QC approval

REPLACEMENT

6. Replacement Policy

We provide replacements when:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong item delivered

If the item is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

CANCELLATION

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Puja Services are non-cancellable after booking
LOGISTICS

8. Shipping & Reverse Logistics

  • Return pickups are available in selected pin codes
  • If pickup is unavailable, you must courier the product to us
  • Shipping fees are refunded only when the error is from our side (wrong/damaged product)
