🔄 Order Processing Steps
- Step 1 — Order Review (within 24 hours): Our team manually verifies your order details including shipping address, product selection, and payment. Cancellation is possible during this stage.
- Step 2 — Packing & Energization: Spiritual products like Rudraksha and yantras are carefully packed. Energized items are wrapped in sacred cloth before dispatch.
- Step 3 — Dispatch: Your order is handed over to our courier partner. Once dispatched, no cancellation is accepted. A tracking number is sent via SMS/email.
- Step 4 — Delivery: Your package is delivered to your doorstep. For COD orders, payment is collected at delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

What if my package is damaged on delivery?
Please take an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and other countries. International shipping charges and timelines are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for domestic orders across India. COD may not be available for certain remote pin codes.
